The John Guest locking clip secures the collet in a locked position after the tubing has been inserted. This prevents the accidental release of tubing. The clip is easy to remove if the tubing needs to be released. Features: Used to secure the collet in a locked position Prevents accidental disconnection of the tubing Easily removed Notes: Locking clips should be inserted only after tubing is fully inserted to prevent scraping of the tube. Locking clips are not designed for use with John Guest stem adapters in swivel combinations. JG gray acetal is suitable for both compressed air and water (buna-n seal).
