Description
The John Guest stem elbows make connecting OD tubing sizes quick and easy. The stem inserts into John Guest Push-fit fittings to change tubing direction 90 degrees. Manufactured in polypropylene with food grade EDPM O-ring, these fittings were developed for the water purification and beverage dispense markets. They are also suitable for use in agricultural spraying, farm/dairy equipment, chemical dispense, car washing and a variety of other applications. Features: Push-fit Technology creates reliable, leak-free connections Used to turn tubing direction 90 degrees Compatible with plastic or copper OD sized tubing Connect, disconnect, and reconnect in seconds without tools Food Quality and suitable for potable liquids and pure water applications Polypropylene body with EDPM O-ring UV Stabilized Made with lead free materials Working pressure and temperature: Max. 150 psi at 70° F Max. 60 psi at 140° F Note: Not suitable for compressed air and vacuum applications Polypropylene (PP) fittings are for water only. Material is too soft and seal is EPDM for compressed air applications.
