It is used to securely mount the firewall in a standard 19-inch server rack or equipment cabinet. The ASA5516-BRACKET includes a set of rack mount bracket ears which can be installed on the front or the rear of the firewall chassis with the screws provided. The brackets are then aligned with the mounting holes on the vertical rack rails, after which it can be easily mounted on the rack. It is recommended that the chassis be installed with the rear panel facing the cold aisle so that the firewall equipment receives enough cool air for optimal performance and temperature regulation.
