The John Guest Shut-Off Valve is used to isolate the supply for service and maintenance. Manufactured in polypropylene with food grade EDPM O-ring, these fittings were developed for the water purification and beverage dispense markets. They are also suitable for use in agricultural spraying, farm/dairy equipment, chemical dispense, car washing and a variety of other applications. Features: Push-fit Technology creates reliable, leak-free connections Used to isolate the supply for service and maintenance Quarter turn to open or close Connect, disconnect, and reconnect in seconds without tools Compatible with plastic or copper OD sized tubing Food Quality and suitable for potable liquids and pure water applications Polypropylene body with EDPM O-ring UV Stabilized Made with lead free materials Working pressure and temperature: Max. 150 psi at 70° F Max. 60 psi at 140° F Note: Not suitable for compressed air and vacuum applications
