The patented Aqua Flo UV20-3 is designed to provide disinfected water at a flow rate of 8 gallons per minute at 16 mJ/cm². This system is ideal for whole house water disinfection. In addition to disinfection, this triple model provides filtration for the removal of sediment and chemical contaminants. Unlike using chemical approaches, the Aqua Flo 15730131 uses ultraviolet (UV) light to kill or inactivate microorganisms, rendering them incapable of reproducing and infecting. This method is a safe, clean, and easy-to-maintain alternative for assuring your family's water is free of bacteria. It does not add any chemicals to the water supply. Features: Contaminant Reduction. This system offers integrated filters in a single system. These integrated systems use a two-stage filtration process: First, a string-wound filter removes the suspended solids that may shield the microbes and make it difficult to obtain sufficient UV exposure.
