Description
Network media converters are used to interconnect different types of cables within an existing network. They receive data from one type of cable and convert the signals for transmission along another cable type. The TP-Link MC210CS can convert 1000BASE-LX/LH fiber to 1000BASE-T Copper or 1000BASE-T Copper to 1000BASE-LX/LH fiber. This converter supports longwave laser specifications and works at 1310nm on both transmit and receive sides. A front panel LED status indicator is included and the MC210CS will transmit up to 15 km using single-mode fiber.
