Description

Meraki | Cloud Managed | 48 Port | 10/100/1000 | 4 SFP+ | PoE/PoE+ | Unclaimed | Factory Sealed | MS225-48FP-HW The Meraki MS225-48FP is a cloud managed access layer switch that features (48) 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet ports as well as (4) 10G SFP+ uplinks. This switch supports both virtual stacking and physical stacking (compatible with MS210 series switches). Each switch includes dual stacking interfaces with up to 80 Gbps of stacking bandwidth. As with all Meraki switches, this switch allows for simple management, zero-touch provisioning, and features various security enhancements. Get excellent performance with a switching capacity of 176 Gbps. Highlights: Easy Management with Meraki Dashboard - This switch is easily managed via the web with Meraki's Cloud management platform. This provides for centralized visibility for monitoring and management of Meraki devices via a single dashboard. The cloud based architecture means that device provisioning is streamlined and allows for zero-touch configuration. Further, configuration templates allow admins to define a switch configuration once and then bind thousands of switches to that profile, cutting down on overhead and increasing network security. Virtual Stacking - This switch is capable of virtual stacking which supports thousands of switch ports in a single logical stack without having to physically connect the stack members. This allows for unified management, monitoring, and configuration. Security - This switch features a wide range of security features including integrated multi-factor authentication for cloud management platform, role-based access control (RBAC) with granular device and configuration control, corporate-wide password policy enforcement and more. Fanless Design - This switch features a fanless design for quiet operation.
